Project description

Smoker controller with an esp8266 at the heart to control the airflow of a sealed BBQ. Thermistor probes are used to sense changes in temperature, and a 12v fan reacts to these changes by toggling at certain intervals.

I used a 12v blower fan found on amazon

Firmware only supports the Maverick ET-732 probes which can also be found on amazon. (ET-73 probes have different resistence..)
