Simplified board interfaces and powers electrical components for MWX bench tester. Powers Raspberry Pi, touchscreen, cooling fan, encoder. Optoisolators protect GPIO from encoder voltage spikes. Safe shutdown circuit prevents SD card corruption. Connects 2 interlock switches and emergency stop (normally high) to GPIO.
